Dr. Neha Saini

About

Dr. Neha Saini is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, specializing in Finance and Sustainability. She earned her Ph.D. from FMS, University of Delhi, and brings with her a decade of rich experience spanning both academia and industry. Dr. Saini has presented her research at leading national and international forums, including the IIMs, IISc, IBS-Hyderabad, Delhi School of Economics, and the Department of Commerce (DU), where her work has been recognized with best paper awards. Her research contributions are published in reputed journals in the areas of Finance, International Business, and Sustainability, reflecting both academic rigor and practical relevance. Alongside her research, she has taught at some of the most prestigious institutions, including Netaji Subhas University of Technology and Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Her dual exposure to the corporate sector and academia enables her to bring a holistic perspective to teaching, research, and student mentorship. Passionate about advancing knowledge in her domains, Dr. Saini continues to explore intersections of finance, global business, and sustainability, aiming to contribute meaningfully to both scholarship and practice.
