Welcome to Ekatra, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) club at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. At Ekatra, we believe that true progress begins with embracing diversity in all its forms. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered, irrespective of their background, identity, or experiences. We aim to foster a culture of equity and inclusion that goes beyond mere tolerance and actively celebrates the richness of diverse perspectives. Through meaningful dialogue, education, and action, Ekatra seeks to break down barriers, challenge biases, and drive positive change within our community and beyond.
