Dr. Meghna Goswami

About

Meghna Goswami is an academician whose research interests vary from social intelligence to AI in OB. Some of her recent research focuses on ethical leadership, psychological capital. Prior to joining FMS, she has taught at IIM Jammu, DFS, University of Delhi, NMIMS, Mumbai and IGDTUW, Delhi. She has a certification in HR analytics from IIM Rohtak. She also did a one year research internship at the Lok Sabha Secretariat, Parliament of India. She has conducted sessions on communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness, Conflict Management, emotional intelligence, time management, Negotiation skills, digitalization in HR for organizations like DRDO, Ministry of Defence; Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Election Commission of India, Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited & National Institute for Labour Economics & Research, NITI Aayog.
