About Me:
About
Dr. Mahima Thakur joined FMS in 2010. Currently she is a Professor at FMS. She earned her doctorate in psychology from IIT Delhi and also served there ( IITD) as a consultant psychologist. She teaches courses in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Change and Intervention Strategies, Business Communication, Industrial Relations and Leadership.
She was nominated for a course in Executive Education program of Harvard Business School, Boston, US, which she attended in 2013. In addition to teaching, she has conducted a number of Management Development and Corporate training programs for Public & Private sector and the Ministries in the area of Business Psychology, Organisational psychology, Change Strategies, Business Communication, Soft Skills, Leadership and Industrial Relations,
She is also a national level basketball (represented State and University in Nationals and Zonals)and tennis player
(played North Zone and central India).

Mahima Thakur has 18 years of experience (Six years of Industry experience and 12years of teaching experience). She has been teaching at Faculty of Management Studies since November 2010.
